flexible service agreements
Albatross Industries can offer flexible service agreements to meet our customers’ needs. For example, a service agreement might include two service visits a year.
The unit will be controlled, temperature checked, functions tested, adjustments made and necessary parts replaced at regular intervals. After each service a report is produced documenting the work performed as well as the unit’s condition. If during service we detect any need for improvement or repairs, we will draw up a proposed schedule of work required.
Our service agreement is a safety warranty for our customers. In case of emergency breakdown, we will send out a service technician immediately.
